Certified Loan Broker

A Certified Loan Broker is BizJump’s professional designation awarded to individuals who have completed our intensive training and certification program. This designation shows our lending sources and borrowers that you have the qualification and support encompassing all aspects of the loan origination process. You will become knowledgeable in all loan programs available to fulfill your clients' financing needs for real estate and business loans.

A CLB functions as a middleperson whose primary purpose is to bring the borrower and lender together to complete a loan.


How does a Loan Broker Make Money?
BizJump operates in the same manner as an independent insurance agent. We arrange loans, find the best interest rates and is paid a commission by the lender. Our loan brokers earns up to 40% of the commission from business loans and 60% of the processing fees from business owners. Furthermore, the broker earns an additional 25 % on all fees collected from business services related to loan. For example, in order to apply for a loan many clients require a business plan and tax returns. In short, the broker has the potential of making from hundred to thousands of dollars on every business loan that is made.

Certified Business Loan Officers
Loan officers not only originate loans, but also package and process the loans with our lenders, thus earning higher commissions Consultants who have completed the loan broker training (BF101) and who have processed at least 3 business loans, are eligible to take the take the loan officer training. Consultants with extensive lending experience also qualify for this course.
Certified Small Business Consultant

Each year the Government spends hundreds of million of dollars in providing business development assistance to small businesses. However, almost all the agencies only give advisory help to small business. For example, if you want to write a business plan, these agencies will give the entrepreneur a general guideline of what a business plan is and tell them to go write it themselves. Our Consultants earn up to 30% of the commission from all business services access by the client through BizJump. With some clients accessing tens of thousand of dollars worth of services each year, the earning power from only a few clients can tremendous.
